Will My Purchase Be Delivered To My Residence?
If your purchase is above AED 1000, then we will deliver to a majority of areas across UAE. And it will be delivered and installed completely free of charge.

How Do I Care For My New Mattress?
Especially for your convenience, Royal Rest mattresses do not have any metal coils; so you need to flip it on a regular basis. We also provide waterproof mattress protectors that shield your mattresses in case of any spillage and our mattress covers are easily washable. So, don’t fret and just rest!
How Much Do You Charge For Shipping?
Your restful sleep will be delivered to you completely free of charge.
Can My Mattress Be Changed If I Have Second Thoughts About It?
Our aim to provide you with a perfect sleep so that you can wake up happy! Which is why we give a 30 nights trial period to find out if our mattress is the right one for you. Unless you have ordered a customized mattress, we will refund you in full if you are having second thoughts about it. Take a look at our Warranty & Guarantees page for more information.
Can I Cancel My Order Before It Has Shipped?
If your ordered product has not been produced yet, we can most definitely cancel it. Just reach out to us and we will guide you henceforth.
